Philippians 4:6-7

If You Find Yourself In A Dark Place
- Begin each day by being grateful for something.
- Listen to some faith-based podcasts to listen.
- Take medication if you feel like you need it.
- Find a therapist who can help you unpack your problems.
- Be protective of your eye and ear gates. Be mindful of what you listen to and say, especially about yourself.
- Begin to journal if you don’t already. It’s an excellent way to get your thoughts on paper which can help clear your mind.
- Read your Bible. Find a translation that you understand and enjoy reading.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY PRAY WHICH IS JUST TALKING TO GOD!
